DIVIDEND
The company does not have a dividend policy. The Management Board recommended the payment of a dividend for 2022, but the Extraordinary General Meeting decided to distribute the Company’s profit by issuing bonus shares and share buyout, for which PLN 15 million was allocated. The Management Board has recommended the payment of a dividend for 2023 in the amount of PLN 6 million. The final decision will be made by the General Meeting.
