Development strategy

The company’s goal is to achieve dynamic organic growth through expansion into new markets as well as by broadening GAMIVO’s product range. In addition to developing the platform itself, GAMIVO aims to develop the business based on key aspects such as increasing profitability, SEO, marketing automation, and customer service.

GAMIVO’s strategy assumes that an increase in the financial results should also be achieved through the implementation of improvements to the platform’s operations, by:

  • adding new language versions and localizing the website, taking into account new payment systems,
  • optimizing the platform – maximizing the efficiency, improving UX/UI experience,
  • optimization of customer acquisition and retention costs.

Mateusz Śmieżewski

In his career, Mateusz Smieżewski has gained extensive experience in working with customers, product development, and management. Since 2015, he has been developing his leadership skills as part of working in a team and managing a business branch.

Currently, Mateusz Śmieżewski, as the CEO, supports the development of GAMIVO with his experience by setting a long-term vision for development, coordinating the work of teams, and overseeing the company's operations, particularly in the legal, administrative, and financial areas. As a specialist in the video game market, he supervises and supports the work of the product team as well.

Tomasz Lewandowski

At the very beginning of his career, Tomasz Lewandowski developed his skills in terms of working with customers.
Since 2011 he is actively developing his leadership skills. Over the past 9 years, Tomasz has worked on management positions in four different companies of various industries, including gaming branches.
Since 2019 he’s supporting GAMIVO’s development with his experience.

Marek Sutryk

Marek Sutryk began his career in e-commerce in 2012, specializing in online marketing, mainly in the area of performance and analytics. Since 2016, he has been gaining experience in managing teams and planning long-term business strategies.
Marek has been involved in the Gamivo.com platform since 2017.

Since 2019 CEO of Omnigate, part of the GAMIVO S.A. group of companies specializing in business process outsourcing. As a board member, he supports GAMIVO S.A. with his broad experience in the areas of marketing, management, and development.

Bartłomiej Skarbiński

Bartłomiej Skarbiński has been involved in the broadly defined e-commerce and internet marketing industry since 2010. He took his first steps as a Project Manager of an online shop offering merchandising of products for gamers.

He was responsible for every aspect of running an online business - from marketing through business development to customer support. From that moment he knew that he would be connected with the gaming industry for many years onwards.
Currently, Bartłomiej actively contributes to the marketing and business strategy of GAMIVO, focusing on long-term goals.

"My goal as the board member is to build a future where GAMIVO will go beyond the very strong and stable foundations we have managed to implement so far. Together we will bring the platform into sectors that until now seemed to have nothing to do with the core of our business" mentions Bartłomiej.

Michał Wrzołek

VC investor with extensive professional experience of several years in venture capital / private equity, investment banking, and management consulting. He currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder. Previously he gained experience in MCI, McKinsey, Azimutus, and PwC, where he was responsible for, among others, strategy implementation, and development of portfolio companies.

Member of the Supervisory Board of RentPlanet, Cloudevs, Plum Research. Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking.

Wojciech Iwaniuk

President of the Board of the investor relations agency InnerValue and Member of the Board of INC. Since 2007, Wojciech has been involved in the capital market. As a specialist in creating communication strategies and strategic consulting, he has worked with dozens of companies from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

He is a member of the Supervisory Boards of Klabeter, Play2Chill, and Partners&Ventures.
He holds a university degree, having studied political science at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw.

Wojciech Iwaniuk is not related to any shareholder holding more than 5% of the total number of votes at the GAMIVO’s AGM.

Agnieszka Dyszczyk

Administrative Director at Tar Heel Capital, responsible for legal and tax issues. Previously, she gained experience in the Mistral Fund as Director of the Management and Administration Office. Agnieszka is also a member of the Management Board and Supervisory Boards of many companies, including Heiztechnik, FAM, and Suret. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of international relations, Agnieszka also completed post-graduate studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy concerning law for managers.

A legal advisor at Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder with over 9 years of professional experience. Previously, as a lawyer, he worked for Holub - Legal Counsels and Polish Tax Institute. He serves as a Supervisory Board Member in several companies including Traceroute, Geekforce, and Webumrella.

In 2018 he completed his legal apprenticeship at the Bar Association in Warsaw. He’s also a graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration.
