The year 2025 was a period of intense growth for GAMIVO. The company discussed its completed projects and achieved results in the financial report published on March 12.
In 2025, GAMIVO focused on development, enhancing its sales platform with a range of new features and working on improving user experience. One of the most significant changes was the introduction of the guest checkout. This option quickly gained immense popularity among customers who value time and convenience when shopping online. Similar efforts were made in the UX/UI category, significantly improving the ease of using the platform on mobile devices.
The company also observed a dynamic increase in the number of users. Throughout 2025, approximately 0.9 million new users joined, with over 250,000 in the last three months of the year. During this period, GAMIVO also surpassed the symbolic milestone of 30 million products sold through its e-commerce platform.
“Such achievements are gratifying and demonstrate that our efforts effectively encourage new users to trust GAMIVO and motivate existing customers to return frequently. This is the best motivation to continuously strive for development and aim to create an e-commerce platform that sets standards in terms of convenience and security,” explains Mateusz Śmieżewski, CEO of GAMIVO.
Many of the projects completed in 2025 aimed to improve the shopping experience for individual customers, but suppliers were not forgotten either. The wholesale purchasing segment and the gaming top-up category, whose popularity among users continues to grow, were significantly improved and enriched with new options.
The company also explored opportunities arising from the development of artificial intelligence. In the fourth quarter, AI was implemented in the customer service department, enabling users to receive answers to their questions even faster.
Customers appreciated these changes, which led to GAMIVO’s results growing quarter by quarter in 2025. The company closed the year with a profit of 4.6 million PLN and revenue of 16.5 million PLN, while EBITDA amounted to 6.2 million PLN. GAMIVO primarily earns through licensing fees and services related to platform development. Additionally, IT projects were settled in the fourth quarter, positively impacting the results generated during this period: 1.9 million PLN in profit, 4.7 million PLN in revenue, and an EBITDA of 2.1 million PLN.
“As in previous years, we plan to share the profit with shareholders. They will decide during the general meeting whether this will take the form of dividend payments or share buybacks,” explains Tomasz Lewandowski, a member of the GAMIVO management board.
GAMIVO also shared its plans for 2026. Artificial intelligence remains high on the list of priorities.
“AI is transforming the market, and we aim to leverage this potential, but we are not blindly following trends. We notice that customers are increasingly using language models instead of traditional search engines. Alongside SEO-related activities, we have taken steps to position ourselves in AI-generated responses. We are also working intensively on other ways to utilize AI,” notes Mateusz Śmieżewski.
The company’s plans for 2026 also include further improvements to the purchasing process and new functionalities aimed at expanding the offering. In March, a new edition of the PennyPlay promotion, which was very popular last year, was also launched.
