The introduction of the new path to purchase was the biggest change on the GAMIVO platform in 2023. The project took many months, but it has brought the expected results, and the revamped shopping basket has received a warm welcome from the users.

The modifications aimed at increasing the user experience included simplifying the layout and shortening the path to purchase.

“A path to purchase is crucial for every online store and e-commerce platform. Therefore, we approach revamping it comprehensively. We started with a profound market analysis to find the most efficient UX and UI design solutions. Then, we picked those that suited our platform and its users best and ran a series of A/B tests. We also took a careful approach to the implementation. Our business and development teams did a great job. Even though I can’t reveal any details, I can disclose that the change has affected the conversion positively”, comments Paweł Zemka, CRO at GAMIVO.

The launch of the new shopping basket and the altered path between customers and the products of their dreams is a key change and concrete proof that the platform has been constantly evolving to meet customers’ expectations and market challenges. In 2023, GAMIVO also introduced automatic user verification provided by the Sumsub platform, thus improving transaction time and safety. Earlier, the platform upgraded the search engine and entirely changed its product pages to improve SEO and the user experience. GAMIVO also regularly introduces new features. For example, the geotargeting enabled running different promotions in selected regions. This opened the door for new cooperations with GAMIVO’s partners, including Coca-Cola Alior Band, Żabka, and Wargaming.

“The new solutions are the result of our consistent efforts to improve the platform. We’re very grateful to our users for their engagement in this process by choosing GAMIVO and providing us with priceless feedback. We’re shaping the future of the platform together! We’ll be able to show its next example soon,” concludes Paweł Zemka.
