The second-quarter 2026 report published by GAMIVO S.A. shows that the company recorded an increase in net profit and EBITDA. The statement also highlights key operational achievements.

The financial report published by GAMIVO on Friday, August 14, indicates that between the beginning of April and the end of June, the company’s revenue reached PLN 3.9 million, matching the level from the second quarter of 2025. Importantly, despite flat revenue, net profit surged by 23% to PLN 1.2 million. EBITDA also increased, reaching PLN 1.6 million—a 12% improvement compared to the same period last year.

The company also summarized its operational activities in recent months. From a customer perspective, the most noticeable change was the next phase of the platform’s homepage redesign at GAMIVO.com. Following the refresh, the site has become even more transparent and intuitive, enabling customers to find products faster. Significant attention was also given to enhancing post-purchase support. The customer dashboard was completely revamped and upgraded with new features, such as a quick repeat order option—particularly useful for gift cards.

“In e-commerce, acquiring a customer is only half the battle. An even bigger challenge is retaining them. That’s why we are consistently focused on strengthening brand engagement and increasing the proportion of returning customers. We strive to ensure that GAMIVO users find not only an extensive product portfolio on our platform, but also the latest and most user-friendly UI solutions,” explains Mateusz Śmieżewski, CEO of GAMIVO S.A.

High on the list of priorities was the development of projects utilizing artificial intelligence to optimize and automate the purchasing process and customer service. As a result, the platform saw an increase in fully automated order processing as well as support tickets successfully resolved by AI algorithms.

“Skillfully implemented AI significantly facilitates business scaling, which is crucial given GAMIVO’s rapidly growing customer base. By the end of the second quarter, we exceeded 7.2 million users,” emphasizes Mateusz Śmieżewski.

During the second quarter, GAMIVO also executed a share buyback program, as shareholders chose this method for distributing profits generated in 2025.

“A total of PLN 4.5 million was allocated for this purpose. As with previous buybacks, the Management Board will recommend canceling the repurchased shares,” states Tomasz Lewandowski, Member of the Management Board at GAMIVO S.A.

In the second half of the year, GAMIVO plans to focus on further platform development and building long-term customer loyalty.
